Growing up as a child in the Industry has afforded me a very long look at our profession as well as provided for my family for many decades.

Early on it became my desire to develop some very successful companies along with participating and taking a proactive role with the Industry as a Director for numerous Pawn associations and more over the years.  

Today the Industry has changed in the past 25 years more than in the prior 3000 years of its existence. Today we now have large multi-national publicly traded pawn companies with investors and guidance from some of the brightest minds in the world.

The Industry is also challenged on more levels than ever before from Government in an unprecedented  fashion today from many areas in society. This seemingly hasn't changed from what I have witnessed in the past 40 years or so as an active participant in the Industry, only grown larger in my views.

As I began to develop the Consulting Concepts many years ago, a light switch finally clicked on for me one day some years back.

I wanted to begin to share my experiences in the Industry from every perspective I could in order to help change the views, improve the business, the image and the Industry for everyone. 

There are still no universities offering or teaching Pawnbroking 101. 

With all the experiences I have had, what a wonderful opportunity in life I have to share the many concepts I have learned, studied, developed and witnessed from trial and error along with some of the best operators the Industry has ever witnessed. 

To attempt to really assist with changing the Industry from the inside out was my goal and remains to be my desire today.

I have learned that by treating everyone like family and human beings while sharing the building blocks of successful business operations together to be extremely rewarding and very enjoyable. 

By engaging all of us to be more responsible citizens, while creating better looking, running and more profitable operators transforms all perceptions for everyone looking in or outside of the life within the 3 balls. 

I truly love what it is that I do and remain to be very passionate about our Industry. I would love to assist any of you in anyways' that I am humanly possible to make your life or your business and our Industry better for all of us.
