PCG Legendary Focus Groups head back to Dallas Texas
That’s right, Pawnshop Consulting Group’s Legendary Focus Groups are heading to Dallas Texas for our Fall Gathering.
PCG groups will be descending on Dallas this upcoming October 22nd – 27th.
We will be hosted by two legendary and original group members for 13 years, Uncle Dans’ Pawn and P&J Pawn, both in Dallas Texas.
This will be our 2nd tour back through Texas to see these two fantastic operators and some of the best of the best in the Pawn Industry today.
It has been some 12 years since our last visit to Dallas to see these two fantastic operators, and our groups are looking forward to see the amazing transitions they have been up to since our last focus group visit!
We have several members in our groups today that have not seen these two operators and are in for a real treat.
Uncle Dan’s a long time PCG client and family member, operates 9 amazing stores in Dallas and Patrick Wade with P&J Pawn and his team have been long time PCG clients, family and group members as well.
Both of these two groups have been nominated for best of Pawn by the Dallas Observer!
PCG‘s Legenday Focus Group, brings over 400+ years of Pawn Wisdom together and is looking forward to crawling through every aspect of our original Long time Dallas members once again!

There is nothing like this anywhere in the Pawn Industry today, and PCG is proud to continue to drive what it takes to be the best of the best and continuously learning how to improve upon what it is we do with our growing global client base.

Monday – October 23rd 2023
- 8:00 – 9:00 AM Breakfast room (TBD)
- 9:00 – 10 AM – P&J Pawn Best Practices room – (TBD)
- 10:15 – 12:15 PM – On the bus to P&J Pawn – Store Tour
- 12:30 PM – Lunch (TBD) – informal networking & discussions
- 1:45 PM – Bus – back to Hotel
- 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM – Continue Best Practices & Discussion
- Financial Review & Metrics PCG
- In depth analysis of financial performance & strategies
- Store critiques – identifying strengths & weaknesses

- 7:00 to 10:00 PM – Evening Dinner & Event – Hosted by Patrick Wade
